Founded by renowned chef, author, and restaurant owner/operator Michael Monaco, IL FIORE is a culmination of years of hard work to bring his newest vision to life. After decades of success in New Jersey such as famous Italian restaurant Picco Lissimo, Michael has transformed Stromboli Boca West into a unique dining experience.
Imported Italian ingredients, artisanal breads, Bell & Evan's' Chicken, and fresh seafood, combine with his classic, renowned recipes resulting in authentic gourmet dishes.
You might leave Jersey, but Jersey never leaves you! Michael is debuting authentic "Jersey Subs" bringing the taste of Jersey to Boca Raton.
